Inbetween knitting a quick lacy scarf, starting a jumper for me, and ripping back half my grey lacy wrap, I have managed to complete 67 squares! This is the most recent picture but there has been lots more since. Not bad going given I only learnt 3 weeks ago!

They look great! How are you planning on joining them together? You could add a black border and then join as you go and then they'd look a bit like stained glass windows?
I am intending to join them all together with black, I have a skein here waiting to be balled, but I haven't worked out how is the best way to do that yet. My friend has pointed me in the way of a link, but I am still a bit nervous of putting it all together and sewing in all then ends.
